Our Story
A true Foodie at heart, JD started making his own hot sauce more than 25 years ago in upstate NY for his grilled chicken wings (known as his Cayenne Habanero Sauce). After moving to CA for work, the demand grew from friends and co-workers to start selling the sauce and created a couple additional sauces to sell to friends and some cafes and delis in the LA area. Entered the 3 sauces in the 2007 Scovie Awards in Albuquerque, NM and came home with 2 awards, 1st place for the Caribbean Spice and 3rd place for the Cayenne Habanero. These awards gave JD the incentive to start pushing the sauces and to develop additional products.Holy Shnikes! My taste buds just bought a one way ticket to pleasure town!
